As we approach the year-end, it's time to review the unexpected twists and turns, celebrating victories and acknowledging personal growth. Join me in this solo episode as I share my experiences, the highs and lows of the year, and the pivotal moments that shaped my sobriety journey.

As we navigate the holiday season, characterised by social gatherings and normalised alcohol consumption, I delve into strategies to normalise sobriety during this festive time. Additionally, we explore the nuanced topic of spending the holidays alone, sharing insights on moving through this period with grace, self-reflection, and intentional self-care.

I also touch upon the importance of acknowledging progress, learning from lessons, and celebrating victories, big or small. Reflect on your healing journey, recognise patterns, and cultivate a mindset of growth and evolution.
