My very special guest is Loretta Carraro. Loretta runs Nourished Energy and is an International Master Healer and Soul Coach who has helped thousands of women become Reiki Practitioners, Crystal Healers, and Reiki Teachers.

Loretta provides an overview into what Reiki is and how it helped her on her own journey and I reminisce on how Reiki was a pivotal part in helping to maintain my recovery with the spiritual practices I needed.

The second part of this episode we move into talking about body image and how the way we see ourselves can be detrimental on our health, sexuality and life in general!

Loretta opens up about how an eating disorder ruled her life and what her turning point was.
